There is never a day goes by without thinking of you,
when I pass sports centre I look for you, even before you died I always looked and if I saw you, that was enough, I knew you were allright or so I thought, so sorry Pat, if only we knew you were not well, we could have been there just to take your hand, you were my older brother and I was always proud of you.
goodnight Pat

King Crimson - Epitaph
Pat,
just to let you know I am listening right now to what I believe was your favourite album song - King Crimson: In The Court Of The Crimson King, song Epitaph . .. so beautiful and profound... it reminds me of when you were a welder in Marshall's and we used to listen to this song . . . you used to love album covers also especailly this one (and of course all Cat Stevens ) . . . that was your happiness in life - music. You never ever asked for verey much.
As you know, I will be taking your position at Christopher's wedding, which is a great honour for me and a great disappointment, because I wish it was you in that role, instead of me . . .you deserved that role a thousand times more than me . . . you were always a good father, you were a good tree - you bore good fruit . . .
But I will do you proud . . .I will tell your story.
Pat, you were always too humble all your life . . . and not waving but drowning.
